Well if we were talking about Apple, I'd expect a bunch of patent applications now. Because these are the "innovations" of "tech" companies.

Be sure, the K-1 packs a lot of innovation in the field of SLRs.
Don't expect that much every year from a small player.

Not sure if everyone still loves SLRs (I do), but if you do, the K-1 is a very good package.

The front looks alright but the back kinda makes your eyes twitch. You'd think there would be some amount of silver in the middle of the back instead of just a big black hole. Oh well...whoever said that engineers were much on the aesthetics of things...

I wish they focus more on solving existing problems with the existing K-1 model, Long pose noise, improve the firmware, solve the sluggish raw buffer (compared to the rabbit K3-II the K-1 is a turtle in the RAW Burst shot test ! even a Snail !)

who cares having custom colors if it can't do the minimum quality to call it a prosumer camera ?
