I have both. What I am seeing is that K-1ii has significantly better AF than the K1. From a practical perspective everything else about the two cameras seems equivalent 'to me'. Your mileage may vary, I do use the pix-dust feature on either camera and I do not operate either above ISO 400. I am keeping the K-1 for macro work and will use the K-1ii for anything else.
