The more its parameters come out, the more it looks like a Sigma, Art.
It seems that the pentax has a flatter front lens compared to the sigma, at least for me!

I believe that it is good. Sigma Art is a good lens.
Yet the basic specs are already different than the Sigma Art. The filter thread, for example.
why not a 50mm f1.2!!!!

I would prefer an 85mm/f1.2, but there may be some problems in autofocus, but bokeh would be excellent. Anyway, 85mm/f1.4 is coming up shortly.
A 50mm f1.2 would be very expensive, and its price would make it a small niche product. That's for a camera which is itself already a niche seller. The 1.2 Sales would be way too low to bear the hope for any net profitability.

Also mind that a 1.2 has a different market segment, which are people photographers. K-1 owners are predominantly landscape hobbyists, whereas (serious) people photographers are extremely rare.

Actually, I' curious if even the f/1.4 50mm will sell well, for the same reasons.

I doubt that a little, and rather think it made sense why Sigma never offered their 50mm 1.5 ART for the K-mount, even though it would have been less effort and risk for Sigma, than it is now for Ricoh.

The K-1 simply doesn't have a user base which would demand that, i.e. no (serious) people photographers. A niche within a niche is a super-niche, something which lens makers are not keen to serve.

The Pentax 50mm 1.5 It is probably not intended as a big seller from day one, but a bait to attempt attracting some people photographers to the K-1 system in the long run, over the course of a couple of years.

I really wonder why is there not a wider user base for K-1. I notice that it has certain good specifications which the other manufacturers lack. Look at the 70-200mm f/2.8 zoom lens. The quality is close to Zeiss lenses. I understand that Pentax does not have as extensive line of lenses as other companies, but Pentax is in the process of introducing more lenses. Perhaps Pentax is not that aggressive in marketing.
The new Tokina 50mm 1.4 Opera looks pretty similar....
