Worth 500€ for the upgrade?, most likely!
But does the internal NR do something that taking RAW images and post processing them on a PC can't? (RAW does not include any NR pre-processing, I believe)

In other words, will the Mk II's sensor be more sensitive to low light even with RAW images?

Yes. The KP shows that whatever they are doing with the accelerator chip is worthwhile and it is outperforming the K-70 significantly.
"Raw" is already noise reduction preprocessed.

Yes at multiple points too. On chip and then on the imaging processor when it hits that stage.
