If the D600 Can Only Come This Fall, When Will the Pentax FF Come?

Ken Rockwell "forecasts" that the D600 would appear only by late 2012. But if the previous rumour of that the Pentax FF could only come as fast as 6 months later than the Nikon is true, when shall we see a Pentax FF camera? Late 2013?! (Taking into account that things like that often subject to delay, especially for the Pentax!) >:-(

Well, actually the rumor said 6 months after the Sony Alpha 99 wich probably will use the same sensor as the D600, but that's all speculations. I'm afraid we will have to wait until Photokina to know the truth behind all those rumours.
Most likely the Pentax FF would come six months to the day the Sony A99 goes on sale, so likely March or April. THey are probably working out the kinks right now, and there are FullKs (thats what I am going to call them) running around right now, I am guessing.

I feel what we will see this fall is the K5 replacement for sale (SpecialK?) and a group of full frame lenses released. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a FullK under lucite at Photokina, but then again Pentax may not want to send a super strong message on the Full Frame this fall and stunt SpecialK sales. Lenses emphasized as full frame may do the job.

Wants for FullK - It cannot be just a FF version of the K-5. It needs to be something seen as better than the rumored D600. This camera needs to deliver on the video side for me to justify not buying a SpecialK
First - Ken Rockwell? Really?

Second - While Sony can limit Pentax access to the FF sensor, I doubt Nikon could get away with limiting Pentax access to a Sony sensor. It would be about as anti competitive as possible and subject Nikon to WTO sanctions.
