Yet Once Again, Someone Tells that the K-7 Super is Coming!

Further to what that SimonSmyth guy have told, the might be more reliable/serious source of DigitalRev TV has told the same thing again, in their latest YouTube news update yesterday:-

At the 2:08 time mark, the "K-7 Super" is mentioned and there is a photo of it (or maybe just the K-7) as well.

well if NIKON can do it why not...a d300 or a d300 super...I wonder if everyone is going to throw a fit now cause they just bought a k7 a few months ago and the new k7s is going to have better ISO range and more frames per second...

If a guy with a British accent says it, it must be true.....

If I heard correctly, 720/30fps sounds like a software change, not the 60fps Simon claimed.

I don't know DigitalRevTV, they have two cameras and a red wall, but there doesn't seem to be anything not to believe he wasn't referring to Simon's claim

I believe that the "actor" (or editor anyway) is a native English speaking guy who is based in Hong Kong.

I can't stand that announcer. 3 keeps sounding like "free". Extremely annoying when watching the video about Nikon D3 compared to a Canon camera.

This goes ridiculously in circles. First we have the deleted thread at Pentax forums and even the original poster admits it's all lies and a prank. Then RiceHigh links to the cached version of that thread as if it had even a fragment of truth in it. Then sites like 1001 Noisy Cameras, K-rumors and pentaxrumors.com post the RH blog post as news. Then this DigitalRev takes this "news" from pentaxrumors (shows that clearly on the video!). And now RH links to this DigitalRev video as a more reliable source. This is just hilarious!

K-7 Super could be real. I had such info 2-3 months ago. Not 100% info. Of course.
But I thought that K-7 super could be announced before the end of June.

BUT...It's just a GOSSIP. Maybe HOYA had some thoughts about K-7 super this spring. BUT...

K-7 super with new video in 1.5 year after K-7 is marketing failure IMO.
It made sense on April, May or June...
But to launch K-7 super on October is rather strange.

K-7 is not best-seller of Pentax. To offer to the customers old machine with small upgrade is insane move...

I know only one SUPER camera from Pentax in DSLR period - K100D super. Just to support SDM lenses.
Very short period of serial production.

Ok.

Next tier - on dpreview someone posts the same insane rumor - "RH talks of K-7 super".

Then again on PentaxFirums.

And nobody remembers how this rumor beginned. (DigitalRev TV said it is a gossip. Their rumor is based on speculations of PF. Not on insider info).
