I again love it! I think that the k-01 is really lovely. Maybe because I am really into design... but I also think that all other cameras really look the same.

Haters gonna hate.. i like k-01.. to me its beautiful, but a poetry is only as beautiful as the readers mind and knowledge anyway

great design - logically simple and understandable with proper buttons for functions that matters. no silly flower symbols and such. it's an intelligent design, although big for mirrorless. could definitely see it with a viewfinder and regular mirror.. for increased the increased flexibility.

I still can't get over the stovepipe and lack of evf. Too bad they won't refine this further, though eos-m sales should be a big hint they are making a mistake. Great idea...needs an evf imo.

It's a lot lovelier now that it's $350 for the body. But with so many options, even $350 is not enough to entice buyers.

Pentax should have priced it low to begin with to snag new users and sell them more glass.

I have one, despite thinking it's ugly. But it really works well. I only wish it were slimmer & lighter.

It's the best camera Pentax has for video clips with stereo built in mics and external mics. I actually like the boxy shape a lot. Easy to set the camera down.

No proper SR during video (i.e. it is not using the actual SR mechanism that moves around the sensor). Really the only advantage of this seems to be no noise from the SR system. But I'll gladly live with noise or add an external microphone over the trade offs that this software SR brings. Stronger rolling shutter effect/wobbling out of nowhere, spontaneously blurring video, lightstreaks out of nowhere, loss of wide angle, ...
