I'm not following the FanBoys (if and when I buy this K-5III in 2014) as if FF is out and APS-C is the way of the future, it will be because it still has 14bit color depth (is a Pro. DSLR), makes a nice back-up for either of my K-5 and K-5IIS (one with and one sans AA filter), isn't too over-pixelated, and like the FanBoys is cheap enough. I've been waiting too long for USB-3 so evan though it's the 2nd. device I've seen on the market with mUSB-3 I'm not as impressed as I would be if it beat USB-3.1(10Gb ps) to the market. I'm surprised they didn't back-pedal to 12bit color from 14bit (to increase speed by reducing file size) which causes color stepping if you edit, and I've often wonder if video-geeks are really willing to remove Moire if they can (it can't be done with JPEGs) from every frame instead of buying a Video-Camera, the hypotheses and ensuing therom for these AA algorithms should bring about yet another benefit of having Anti-Shake on the image sensor. I can see why Ricoh wants to re-coup their R&D $ (ASAP) then inevitably migrate these features to a FF DSLR (but it's been over a decade so far), while in less than a year other companies (who have the foresight to sell both APS-C & FF DSLRs) have lowered the price Ricoh can get from us for a ASP-C by lowering the price of a FF DSLR

Ricehigh wants the best for Pentax. He always has. If they get things right, he is the biggest cheerleader. (Like many, he's been waiting to use his full frame lenses with full coverage for over a decade. )
