Btw, what is the *meaning* and point of this test?? :-o To check the light energy power transmission? >:-|

So one would know not to shoot directly at sun so not to fry the sensor? Happy new year RH :-)

*shakes head* ppl have way too much money and TIME onb their hands - why is that beautiful Nokton not on a camera body taking pics?

I know this is tonge in cheek but still!

If that guy is rally that bored, he should try to use the lens to burn his SLR sensors. More money than sense...

It's nto even a scietifically controlled test, his bloody hands shake - the tiny difference in distance between the lens and the newpaper would affect the result.
