Steve Huff Reviewed the K-5

The famous Leica blogger, Steve Huff, reviewed the K-5, as he did the first time for Pentax with the K-7:-

A nice review from an user perspective, surely not for measurbation purposes nevertheless, as there are simply no larger sized samples. Moreover, I am sure that there is no "18-200" kit zoom for the K-5! Is there one? Any? ;-D

It's a spelling error in the headline - on the photo itself the tag says "...18-55 kit zoom at 18..."

hmm nothing for Rice to catch beside that one typo
alarming for him, maybe soon He will have nothing to write about
I dont think so, he just to have pretty good imagination to ''invent'' problems if cant find real ones.
A good review written by an interesting author who clearly states his own preferences. I will visit his page from time to time. Thanks for the link, RH
Wow! A photographer that actually used his camera to take pictures of interest RATHER than brick walls and count the pixels using a blurr0o meter.

What has the world come to?
Became more of a kiss ass after Ned introduced the blog on his site.

When and where? Any link?
Steve Huff is always very positive in his reviews, since that seems to be his personality (very likable, IMO).

His "real world" perspective is one of a photography-loving guy and therefore very relevant to people like me. His review of the K7 was very well written, went into great depth and would have convinced me instantly to purchase the K7 (but I had it already when I found his review).

The K5 review is much shorter because of the many similarities to the K7. Whoever has not read Steve's K7 review, it is absolutely recommended reading and will help you re-discover the fun part of photography!

If any, Steve has an inclination toward Leica, not Pentax. Oh well, maybe towards smaller rather than larger companies. Again, very likable, because people who tend to choose the bigger brand (it is more successful, so the products must be better, right? - dream on) do not support competition, which is essential for further development.
