Leica has Seal, Brad Pit and some other "Celebrities" using their stuff.
Canon and Nikon both have some more renowned people using their stuff (like Tom Cruise, and some actual Pro Photogs).

Pentax? Well, they've got some Italian-Navy-What's-His-Name-Fella using a K5-Body with an old FA 28-80.

For SEAL rugged Pentax K5 series makes more sense than Nikon and Cannon ...Also the bodies are smaller and lighter

I thinks its the FA28-80 f3.5-5.6. but the fa28-105 looks pretty much the same. boring.

Silver zoom, Small black drive screw with aperture rings, very small black rubber focus ring, Lens filter smaller than focus ring.

(italian military use principally canon (airforce) Marina militare as i know use nikon ith modified lenses from officine galileo
at my time there's pentax 6x7 too..
just watch that video american military use pentax too... .and test them... a lot ehehe.
