Wait for a little while. I am also waiting. It is my gut feeling that Pentax may introduce a better version than the existing AF 540 FGZII, after they introduce their full frame DSLR. Even now, AF 540 FGZII will be a better choice at $469.95 with a GN of 177, zoom 24- 85, with tilt & shift, and much more; compare it with AF 201 FG at $146.95 with a GN of 66, no zoom, no tilt & shift - you make the choice.
