"camera being developed will hit the market by the end of 2015" Let's wait some more. ;)

Just make it. No need for input. And DON'T listen to the loudest voices. Currently, the loudest voices are the people who want an EVF and no mirror! These are the same people that said "stick with APSC only"! Why don't they just switch to the other guys who offer that already.
I hope the FF will . . .

Maintain the stunning build quality not offered by Canon or Nikon or Sony, Leica comes close;
Retain the weather resistance of other Pentax models;
Retain the form factor and superb ergonomics of the K-5/K-3 series;
Retain in camera shake reduction or go for 5-axis IBIS;
Use the forthcoming Sony 50mp (maybe, depends on noise above base ISO) sensor but with that Pentax magic they do, or the 36mp chip in the A7r, without the colour noise;
Have a hybrid OVF/EVF, let's have the best of both World's;
Have a large tilting rear screen;
Integrate a grip like a D4 but the size of the Pentax K-3 with grip;
Improve the AF with AF points spread across the sensor for improved tracking and rule of thirds in action shots;
Have 7-8 frames per second in RAW capability, which is enough;
Have much faster flash sync speed, like 1/1000sec if possible with a focal plane shutter (which is doubtful);
Have imperceptible shutter lag;
Improve the P-TTL over previous Pentax models;
Retain or improve on the excellent 86,000 segment metering system of the K-3;
Have much better video codec, 4K with internal recording (Pentax has always failed miserably on video);
Retain the same functionality of the K-3 like the superb exposure bracketing system for HDR;
Eye focus control as part of the EVF hybrid;
In camera focus stacking;
Internal GPS;
WiFi tethering for studio et.al;
Continue to use sensor shift for astrotracer function and perspective control. In fact increase this function to turn any lens into a tilt shift proper.
It's a bit concerning that the dearth of responses to RiceHigh's blog following Pentax's announcement suggests the customer base has already migrated to other brands, most likely Sony A7 series most of all.

Which would be a shame.

Although Sony A7 series offers a good camera, they have no native lenses. It is very tempting to switch to A7 II or A7R, but considering the investment in lenses, flashes etcetera I'd rather wait for the things to come from high end Pentax equipment, like the 645z (large investment though), K-3, and 35mm sensor equipment. Considering the price of a Sony A7 II in Europe (€1700) the Pentax KF-1 (just suggesting a name for the new to come camera) it should be in that range (€1700-€2000).
I have an A7r and highly recommend you don't buy one. Great sensor and EVF . . . everything else is awful. I also have the FE55/1.8. Sharp? Yes. Terrible green fringing? Yes. Overpriced? Definitely.
I started using Fuji a couple of years ago, but I still have all my Pentax kit, APS-C and Full Frame lenses. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I would love Pentax to bounce back with a great reasonably priced FF body - I'd buy it.

So will I when it comes. Sammy14/ 31 /43 / 77 / 50f1.2 / 100macro / M42 135mm's already to go on it.

Can't stand this A7r thing. Even with the FE55 we have never bonded. Pentax always feels like an extension of one's hands, arms and eyeballs.

So you got a good FA31? Sold my wobbler and going to get the FA35 instead now.
Read this for a laugh (2003): https://www.mail-archive.com/pdml@pdml.net/msg125...

It needs re-released with a more reliable design for QC.

On the flip side, I've got an awesome FA24 that I can't wait to try out. I'm also going to buy the fisheye zoom (Pentax F series) too and FA20-35 if I can find one.
No mine was dreadful until I sent it to Asahi Photo in London to be fixed. Hood wobbled and the PF wide open was a mess, poor resolution. Anyway, stripped and rebuilt, it's now a real nice piece of glass.
Digicame-info; Pentax will also implement super resolution using shake reduction mechanism, similar to Olympus.
Next pentax fullframe highly liikely will have one like this.

Personally I want Pentax to come up with better AF, and speedy frame rate at least 8 FPS. This will surely get attention from other systems. Well, time will tell how good Pentax fullframe is.

I hope not. More gadgetry == less reliability in general. They better have an option to turn this "super resolution" off like they do for shake control.

Better AF is key. It has to be better. My film cameras have better AF than my APSC DSLRs

A thousand likes! AF, handling and shutter lag (or lack thereof) as well as noise above base ISO and a few other bits and pieces like metering and colour accuracy are where it's all at. Just get these essentials spot on and we're good to go!
As we all know, the K-3 (when working right) is already more camera than most people need for most types of shooting. It is also much easier to use than a CaNikon. In the future APS-C can surely be pushed beyond 20MP when a certain cell phone has 41MP. The only reason for the larger FF sensor is focus control. For that you need a big, bright, 100% viewfinder with long eye relief, interchangeable screens, an aperture ring, and a depth-of-field preview button. These all cost money but make the camera more of a pleasure to use. That is what I want. Someone also mentioned a K-01 mode. Great idea. All doable in software. For focus control, you also need some f:1.4 glass, a D FA* or Limited at 35mm, 85mm, and 28mm. Some love their old FA* 24/2 but beyond 28mm almost everything is in focus.
Eye focus control like Canon used to do would be fantastic, along with focus points spread across the sensor like the Sony A6000. I do hope Pentax don't just use SAFOX XI for this new one.
