Oh well, I am such a persistent man, you know! ;-)
Rice High, tell me? I'm honored to be on your list but I was wondering something. Alexa does not seem to count all hits, I'm not sure. The great majority of my readers are either registered followers or use other RSS methods to read my blog. In opther words, a great number of readers actually receive my posts via emails. You can read the post in your email or actually log on my blogsite. I also publish every posts on several social sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Do these show up on Alexa?

Best Regards,

Yvon, you're right. Your mentioned reader groups are not counted by the Alexa, unless they click to your site and had the Alexa toolbar installed.
That's what I thought. A while back, I was wondering why I was not getting as many hits as before and why I was receiving emails instead of comments from my readers. I'm not a forum so it is expected to not receive that many comments. I asked my readers how they were reading my blog. A great number responded that they were receiving it through RSS feed and other type of email services. To my surprise, more people are now reading my blog on mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, and droid devices. I even made my blogsite formated for these mobile devices when opened on such devices. Do you know another way to count readers, even the readers reading from RSS or email? I'm not taking anything away from your Alexa results, but I know that I have more readers than counted by Alexa.
