Finally things comming to an end... The long awaited Pentax FF will finally be here..Historic moment... 25600 iso ... yummy ...I wonder if the focus system will go under -3 EV reliably..Having so much high Iso power is uselless unless your focus will actually lock in very low light...

This is as close as we get to something "official" from Pentax, even though it's not from the mothership in Japan. This "Hold on to those lenses" sounds awfully familiar to me. I interviewed one of the senior Pentax Japanese guys back in 2008 when they came to Beijing to announce the K20D. He was tight-lipped but when asked about whether we should hold on to our beloved FA*/FA Limited lenses, his answer was "yes". I can't believe that five years have passed and we're still waiting!!!

Pentax Australia is NOT Pentax !! It is really the distributor CR Kennedy. And that Twitter is pure speculation.

yeah last time they had "something exciting on the way" we saw k5 again. I bet it'll be sth like meh. Like a retro evil if they asking for film camera.

Hey! Stop this BS and don't let pentaxian to disappoint again. It will be a big news for me if K3 equipped with new APS-C sensor, new SR function capable to olympus and new AF system with 22 AF points with prediction abaility. Don't expect too much from pentax. It is a small company with number of R&D staff about 1/10 of nikon!!!!!!!
