K-5 + DA* 55.4 Vs D7000 + AFS 50.4 G ISO & Lens Measurbation

See this post, which is self-explanatory:-

The test shots (and crops) were made with lenses stopped down for two steps. Whilst this should not be the sharpest setting of the lenses, I think it should yet be sharp enough for this test and the purpose. In addition, the focusing accuracy of the cameras and wider open performance of the lenses could be checked.

I can't tell what you are disparaging this time Rice. which is the 'Bad Pentax Thing' today, the K-5 or the DA* 55? both right?

When you don't see the world with prejudice anymore, the "disparaging" things will disappear!

I'd love to see the same test in RAW so we are comparing sensors and not software.

sharpening is different, light contrast varies as well. All lenses have sweet spots and this comparison is not wise to put two stops down. Meaningless test. DA*55 is good low light performer, may be someone will know exact T-stop of it I would like to know ?
