At First, I thought new firmware is only bug fix, just like you.
However, after I updated my Q to new Firmware,
I think new firmware really "improved stability for general performance".
After updating my Q, I noticed AF speed becomes much faster,
and AF accuracy in close-range becomes higher than original Firmware(v1.0.0).
Someone said AF speed of new Q is faster than E-P3! (I think it is maybe hyperbole :-)
so, I think new Firmwares is very great work despite the version number !
or maybe original Firmware may have been buggy... :-P
