We can touch the end of Pentax.
It's sad, but all of our investment in pentax's gear it's close to end.
I'll try to earn enough money to buy the new nikon d400 or canon 5d mark III (I know that you, RiceHigh, are very happy with your 5d)

Jose, sad and true. your investment in Pentax gear is going down the drain. I would say to sell it and sell it fast. Do not look at the price, just get rid of it. Very soon the value will be zero and the shame of owning Pentax will be tremendous.

LOL, will tell you a secret Mihai. People still use Goerz glass mounted on Deardorff camera what is 40 and 30 years gone respectively. Besides 2 K-5's, I'll still load 1955 Asahiflex IIb or 1982 LX when I feel like it... Legend doesn't die, period!

the RICOH is not as bad as seeing SONY instead of Minolta. I would use the RICOH. in spanish rico MEANS tasty or delicious.

I own a Ricoh KR 10 M film slr, flash and lenses. Took heaps of photos overseas and of young daughter growing up, as well as with my Pentax MX.
A great camera with accurate exposure meter.
Let's wait and see before dumping perfectly good Pentax gear.
