False Rumour - Jun Hirakawa is NOT Back!

What the crop picture in the original opening post is just about the names of two inventors of something, Takayuki Ito (伊藤 孝之) and Jun Hirakawa (平川 纯), with their (same) correspondence address under their names. Possibly that thing is the FA31/1.8 Limited, which was designed by them. Just!

Update: The original OP has edited his post and clarified that the registered design patent was for the DA10-17 Fisheye lens, which was also co-developed by the two designers.

Wow! I followed the link to PF. Those folks are nut bags. They are really going of the deep end. Other manufactures have new designs both lenses and cameras if that is what you want go get it. Pentax’s time has passed it is time for the folks at PF to except this fact & stop wishing upon a star.

Go troll somewhere else. My pentax cameras work just fine and take amazing pictures. I'm willing to give them a chance.

My K-5 had stains and Pentax charged me shipping to have it fixed and took over 3 months, and this and that fell of the body. My SDM failed three times on DA* 16-50 and DA* 50-135.

Can I see those "amazing" pictures?

Pentax is brand for photographers, and Penax time is far from pass, only shame is there is no FF or cheep MF, why not cheep MF if we just dreaming, cheep CMOS MF with 4k video and 1/2000 flash sinc, and first to be first MEGAISO camera
