the DA 560mm is WR!!!!

you can clearly see the red rubber weather seal on the back of the mount!!!

Not necessary, the DA17-70 had that red rubber ring at lens mount but it is not marked as WR.

Not really.. The red rubber helps to protect dust and moisture from entering into the body and sensor via the mount, but the lens construction by itself is not necessary to be weather proof.
