K-5 Exterior Changes / Minor Improvements (Over the K-7)

Please find three differences in the following picture! ;-)

It seems that Pentax has been quite thoughtful in making minor enhancements to the K-5, despite that it just shares the same body chassis as the K-7..

Btw, what is that "Fx" function operated with the RAW button? Any body knows?

So, what "Fx" actually stands for? :-o

Nikon's Full Frame Format? ;-D
Functions - Fx :)

Also it sounds so coooool (in eyes of marketing). New ultimate robus flexible unique super-puper Fx button!
Wasn't it called "Flex" at some point?
Function is named Fn in the camera industry!

And, function in maths is f(x), not Fx! :-o
1. Functions are also named "Fx" in icons. See, e.g., the icon left of the Excel formula input line.
2. The body of the K7 is excellent, I am happy that Pentax kept it.
3. What is the purpose of this article? Are you saying there are too many changes?
The purpose of this post is to praise Pentax? Can't you see that? :-)

I knew Fx stood for Flex... I was sure I had seen it somewhere, but did not remember where... http://a.img-dpreview.com/previews/pentaxk5/image...
in film industry fx is the common abbreviation of "special effects". maybe pentax borrows this meaning to denote a button for adding effects like digital filters etc. that may be applied to pictures. despite the label description i like the concept of the raw button - or to be more precise: to have a free programmable button in a handy position
