Adapting Pentax K-mount Lenses to Nikon F-mount Bodies is Painful

The user has to replace the whole K-mount so as to fit in the lens, for the correct back focus register distance! The modification is mostly destructive btw. >:-(

The AF Nikkor 35mm 2.0 D is quite good :) There is no rhyme or reason in doing this.

On the other hand: not sure why you would do this. Since these beauty is out of production / export -- price in EU has doubled(!). Given the fact that - given the shots I have seen with it - it still was quite usable on APS-C this feels like a sad, sad thing to do, if it was real that is!
