Ricoh GR Size Compared to Other Cameras

Or, just compare it freely at the camerasize.com, for instance:-

Ricoh GR Vs Pentax K-01

So, we can see the big difference between the GR and the K-01, despite that both are having the same Sony sensor, in the same size of course! :-o

In fact, the K-01 is designed to be almost "gripless". So, clever Pentaxians are always much adaptive and like to DIY to tackle those original Pentax problems. See this:-

Is it much better (to hold) now? Good job, man!

You should say that the K-01 have k mount and you are able to switch lenses...

I believe form follows function, if it's small enough to fit in my coat pocket and big enough to handle easily that's nice, but if the lens is built-in then a prime is not my first choice. If you have the Q-mount with a pancake lens then it can be thin enough for me. If you have an MX-1 with the bright 4x lens attached it will do. My K-5iis, K-5, K-20, and K-10 don't work as well as I would like in a 12' by 12' living room but my 21mm lens on a FF DSLR would, as long as it's pro quality and the P&S has to be of good quality. But Ricoh/Pentax has put a gag order on me for saying things like this, beware of what you post on the Pentax site, your first amendment right only applies in a democracy.
I don't get this one Rice. The K-01 by design accepts K-mount lenses. It is a known tradeoff for having backwards compatibility, and not having to design a new range of lenses (at least I think so, correct me if I'm wrong).

How big would the GR be if supported existing K-mount lenses?

LOL on the K-01 grip mod. I wanted the K-01, and for what it is selling now, can very much afford it. However, when I tried it in a camera store, I was disappointed. It really is not ergonomics. Either too heavy or doesn't have big enough grip. Hopefully the next MILC will address those issue without using a new mount, of course!
Rice, I think it's time now for you to buy a K-01, you will love it ! ;-)

I tried that before and I was impressed .. .. with its size and weight and how difficult it was griped, too!

The Live View operation is smoother than any Pentax DSLR, though.
