(Digression: how I became a Pentax user. In 2007, after having not photographed for almost 10 years because film appeared obsolete to me and digital not yet capable enough, I decided to try again. So I made a detailed "spec sheet" what the new camera should be, and looked at the market. Canon and Nikon offered bracketing over 10 stops only in their big and heavy top-level models, Olympus had a big body with a sub-APS-C-sensor, and Pentax indeed had the only affordable camera that fit, the K10D. Plus, the K10D had a load of special features I had not thought about (User mode, sealing, etc) but soon learned to appreciate. And then I learned more about the Pentax company and its history, watched them go through their crisis, and today I really hope they will keep their culture and work up because I will keep buying there. Currently happily own a K-7 and will soon replace that with a K-5)
So, back to your topic lens caps: I own the 5 DA limiteds, the 50/1.4 and the 18-55/55-300 zoom combo. All have different lens caps last time I checked. Makes seven.
BTW, I love the aluminum lens caps of the limiteds. Not ultra-practical, especially the screw-types (15 and 40), but stylish. Even bought another cap of the DA 35 when the original one got a scratch...
