K-01 "Unboxing" at Mapcamera with Some Samples (Large but Not Full)

The image sharpness is good but the colour rendition is not that natural and with a strong feel of colour cast for those daylight shots.

For your information, newer Pentax cameras like the K-01 have a 'Natural' image preset that produces more realistic color rendition than the default 'Bright' preset. It is possible these samples were not shot with the Natural preset. Also, setting the white balance incorrectly can results in unnatural color casts. Whoever shot these samples may have been using auto white balance in all cases, which generally works well but is not foolproof. Let me know if I can be of further help.

I just do not like this camera with all my heart. It is the ugliest of ugly. Please, Pentax, stop this nonsense.

Agree K-01 is butt ugly and what Muppet would make a camera with no viewfinder? Can't believe people got paid for this disaster brain drain at it's worst
