The APS-C sensor is a little more than 1 stop better in noise responce than the m4/3.
Also the Fuji's prime lens is better thant he consumer zoom Zuiko.
However I think the OM-D is more contrasty.

It will be more fair to compare using a high grade Zuiko lens.

look at the DP review studio test samples. You compare between any of the latest cameras. This new Oly is just amazing! Still there are many people crying about poor cappabilities of the m4/3 but just compare the Oly to the Pentax K-r, Canon 550D, 50D etc. What do you see? I see it is perfectly comparable to the best APS-C cameras! yes it can show up with some (half of the stop, one stop) to the top class hardware like this Fuji but it is smaller, ligher, well engineered etc. It is just yet another perfect camera to be used for taking pictures.
