I think this time these samples look better. Colours and sharpness are better. And the 3d feel is exceptional. Sometimes I just wonder why those Pentax official samples do suck, and as usually!? ^:-0

Old FA33-45/4.5 is good too. Even at f/4.5.
Rice...What are you so quick with conclusions? :) Official samples just show us the work of in-camera RAW convertor with various settings.
Nothing else. And this samples are not bad for JPEG. Anyway, non-official samples are better. Paradox? No.
All serious amateurs and professional know how to work with RAW files and how to tweak JPEG for own needs...
Nothing to complain of official samples.

Yes, you put an 'If' at the beggining, but then a whole highly negative paragraph ('such crap') based on the first official samples. I would call this 'quick conclusions'.
