That "old grandfather in the picture" is Karl Lagerfeld.

"Karl Lagerfeld (born Karl Otto Lagerfeldt on September 10, 1933 in Hamburg) is a German fashion designer, artist and photographer based in Paris. He has collaborated on a variety of fashion and art related projects, most notably as head designer and creative director for the fashion house Chanel. So Pentax fans should be very glad to see now Pentax is escalated up to another higher level in terms of design and artistry that no other camera makers have ever reached before, with the assistance from Marc Newson! ;-)

It's good that Pentax is trying to expend its customer. I much rather have customer who send more time shooting real world pictures than those who gear-heads who spend time shooting those DPreview test shots...... Gearhead are usually on a budget because they send so much money buying new and selling 2nd at a lose and holding on to too many lenses that they don't need...... I sure don't want to have customers like that, no loyalty, calculated and pessimistic....... I would say 70% of these forums are negative because the gear heads have monopolized them.

this grandfather on image probably works with some leica or hassy so if he embrace pentax that is success

You can blame me but I don't like Karl's photos... maybe he's good but not in photography. Our president Medvedev has Leica S2 but I doubt he's pro photographer =)
