Nikon 1 DxOMarks are Out

The Japanese Digicame Info has compiled a good comparison summary:-

http://digicame-info.com/2011/09/nikon-1-j1v1dxomark.html (via Nikon Rumors)

DxOMarks

V1 J1 P7000 E-P3 GF2 G3 NEX-C3
Overall Score
54 56 39 51 54 56 73
Color Depth
21.3 21.5 19.1 20.8 21.2 21 22.7
Dynamic Range
11 11 10.8 10.1 10.3 10.6 12.2
Low-Light ISO
346 372 147 536 506 667 1083

So, the m4/3 cameras are still better in higher ISO performance, whilst the colour depth and DR of the 1s are a bit better.

Btw, where is the Pentax Q? Well, the Q was announced back to June, why not yet even a single lab test report has been out up till now?? :-o What Pentax has done? >:-(

Gotta love how you blame Pentax as if there was a conspiracy or something. Did you miss the tech radar review? Or the DSLRMagazine (Spanish) review? or the Quesabesde? Why don't you ask Dxo why they don't have the scores for it? Probably like dpreview they prioritize on perceived interest to test. Where's the Sigma SD1 scores? They said they were testing it too. blah blah blah.

Oh btw, these are not official dxomark scores.

I don't think there was any blame by Ricehigh, only people picking his every word. I think the reason DXO and others seem not giving Q priority is reasonable. It is a niche product from a small maker that will sell in low volume, and its image quality based on price is not exciting or news worthy to publishers unless there is a miracle. but miracles stopped happening 2000 years ago.
Er. didn't Rice High complained when IR took the images they had down because maybe Pentax was hiding something? Maybe I read wrong. And how does the line "why not yet even a single lab test report has been out up till now?? :-o What Pentax has done?" read?

Are we reading the same blog? Particularly when he even makes things up? Like saying Pentax never explained the sensor stains and then post false statements about what it is?

And yes, the reason the Q is not getting enough priority could very well be potentially perceived interest. Which is what I said. Of course you had to add the "miracles" b s, but cool. Keep going :-)
Maybe Pentax guys read this Blog and they felt that they should finally allow IR to post their results and so now they are there! ;-D
I am sure that's exactly what happened! You are a genius.

While you are at it, no link to Steve's review?
http://www.stevehuffphoto.com/2011/09/27/the-pent...

Or do you have something to hide? :-)
That "review" doesn't look informative enough to me. It is not much different from an average *user* review that you can find on the net.
It doesn't look informative to you perhaps because you don't like what he's saying? LOL. I agree it's not a technical review, but there are tidbits, and most importantly there are photographs that people can look at. On that alone it makes it valuable.

But it's interesting that you don't even mention it- even if you want to say it's not an in depth review. It's done by a photographer at least, and has more photos, and other information.
I think I am not here for you to instruct what to write and what not. If you really want to have that complete control, start your own blog and stop whining.
IR finally published Pentax Q samples : http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/PENTAXQ/PEN...
Nex-C3 is 73, not 66

Wait for Nex-5N that has ISO 100 (missing on C3)
